An intruiging setting and exquisite styling are what set this film apart, but a rather childish plot and bland characters hold it back from greatness. Waddington has the potential to become this generation's Tim Burton, but she'll have to embrace her dark site in order to add some extra spice to her work. Not bad, but could've been way better.
