Plot: Paige and Leo are a happy couple until a car crash changes their lives forever. Paige is in a coma, and when she wakes up she has forgotten all about her life with Leo. They try to make the best of it, but Paige had a very different life before she met Leo and it's not sure if she'll ever revert to her old self.

Based on a true story, but that's a bit of a pointless claim when your story is as pedestrian as the one here. It's only recently that I discovered the USA too had its bout of illness-based romance films, The Vow is a pretty good representative of this niche. Thematically that is, because the quality is rather iffy.
McAdams and Tatum are decent, it's the rather bland direction and the dull plot that are keeping this film from reaching any of its potential. I didn't care much for their characters, nor the predictable path that they had to cross to reach a predictable ending. This was plain Hollywood nonsense.
